Service Description

MailPulse provides email intelligence services including email verification, domain health monitoring, and warmup scheduling through our API. Services are provided on a subscription basis as outlined in our pricing plans.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Acceptable Use

You may not use MailPulse services to:

• Verify emails for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers

Payment and Subscriptions

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend services for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice when possible.

Limitation of Liability

MailPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse of services, or any other reason at our sole discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
