All subscription fees are non-refundable except as specifically outlined in this policy. Once a subscription period begins, you are responsible for the entire period's fees regardless of usage.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Outage: If our service experiences a significant outage (downtime exceeding 24 hours) that prevents you from using the service, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
  • Billing Errors: If you are charged in error (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts), we will issue a full refund upon verification.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents service usage and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days, you may request a refund for the current billing period.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Partial usage of service within a billing period
  • Failure to use the service (zero usage)
  • Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Service
  • API usage that exceeded plan limits (unless due to our billing error)

Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please:

  2. Provide your account email and subscription details
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request with supporting evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The timing of the refund appearance in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the current billing period.

Free Trial

New customers receive a 7-day free trial period. You will have full access to all service features during this time. No charges will be made during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. No refunds will be issued for charges incurred after the free trial period.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
